AI Limit Privacy Policy

1. Information collection and usage

AI Limit is an independent monitoring utility for public Codex limit-reset events:

• No accounts required: You do not need to register or provide name, email, or phone number.
• Anonymous push tokens: If you enable alerts or Live Activities, Apple-generated Device / Activity tokens are registered with our Cloudflare Worker solely to deliver those alerts. They cannot identify you personally.
• On-device storage: Cache, preferences, and history stay on your device via SwiftData and App Group storage.

2. In-app purchases (StoreKit 2)

Purchases and restores for AI Limit Pro are processed exclusively by Apple. We never handle payment details or Apple ID credentials.

3. Network requests

The app communicates over HTTPS with public reset data endpoints, Apple Push Notification service, and Cloudflare edge infrastructure for token registration.

4. Data security

Data in transit uses TLS. We never sell, rent, or share token data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
